Home at 53 is an online home décor and lifestyle store offering carefully selected seasonal home accessories, gifts and decorative pieces.

All prices displayed on our website are in UK pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Under UK consumer law, goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable requirements including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9. Handcrafted and Naturally Varied Products

Some of our products are designed to have a handmade, distressed, aged or naturally textured appearance.

Where this applies, we will explain it in the relevant product description.

For example, handmade products may contain variations in colour, texture, shape or finish. These characteristics form part of the individual nature of the product and should not automatically be considered defects where they have been clearly described before purchase.

Where a variation would mean that a product does not meet its description or is otherwise faulty, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
